Description

Ibanez SRMS806 BTT 5 String Multi Scale Bass Guitar Brown Topaz Burst

With its multi-scale design, the SRMS806 creates an "alive" open tone and playing comfort. The ergonomic construction coordinates with the player's hand angle as it moves up and down the neck, facilitating a quick, smooth playing action. On the 5pc Jatoba/Walnut neck, the rigid and musical hardwoods are set against one another to provide a thin neck with reliable long-term harmony and the Wenge fretboard on the neck brings a tight response. The neck end adjustment is easy and saves time to loosen the strings. The gloss finish with beautiful figuring, swirls and darker pockets of Poplar Burl body top, and the new bridge ¶ô?¶ô?. The Mahogany body delivers a warm tone with rich resonance. The new MR5S Monorail bridge is securely locked down to the body, allows wider intonation adjustment and maximum vibration transfer without interference. MR5S has its adjustable saddles for string spacing, to answer the demands from bassists to find their best for various styles of playing. By simply loosing the screws, the saddles can be adjusted +/-1.5mm. 3 way mid-frequency switch (250 Hz, 450 Hz, and 700 Hz) enables precise tonal control. When the EQ bypass is activated, the treble-tone control knob works as a passive tone control for the instrument¶ô?s output. The Bartolini¶ô¶¸ BH2 pickups, the dual-coil style configuration with lower resonant frequency, provides the balancing warm response, with tighter bottom end and a fuller midrange. Store Information

Keyboard Corner was established in the late 1970's. The store had fairly modest beginnings, with a small corner shop, selling mainly organs and pianos. Over the decades our product range expanded greatly.

In the mid 90's we opened KC's Rock Shop, (Keyboard Corner's Rock Shop) to give us the ability to specialize in items other than keyboard based instruments. The two shops are now merged into one building with over 250 square metres of showroom.

December 2012 saw the opening of our specialised drum store, at 15 Erica Ave, just a 1 minute walk from the main store. With a great range of electric and acoustic kits, heads, percussion, cymbals, sticks and accessories we are well worth a visit.

We carry a huge range of everything musical and have specialised departments for pianos, keyboards, digital pianos, sheet music, electric guitars, amplifiers, acoustic guitars, bass guitars, classical guitars, PA gear, home recording, microphones, drums and more.

We have become one of the largest musical instrument suppliers in Melbournes suburbs, and have established a reputation of offering the best advice and service, while still offering great value pricing.
